You may return an unopened or defective DVD within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. The date of your return shipment will be regarded as the return date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the DVD is defective, or if the return is a result of our error. There will be no refund for returned a DVD that was delivered more than 30 days ago, nor for a returned DVD that has been opened, but is not defective. The T-shirt and book need not be returned with the returned DVD. The T-shirt and book may be kept as gifts.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. The time it takes for you to receive your refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). This time may be extended due to third party delays, acts of God or nature, and unexpected or unavoidable delays

A: Yes, We do ship worldwide via UPS, DHL or FedEx. You will be provided with a tracking number via email, once your item has been shipped. Please email us at email@example.com to get specific information for shipping to your country.
Q: What is the usual handling lead time?
A:If the item(s) ordered are in stock, it will be shipped out in 24-48 hours. But in cases where we are out of stock or backordered on the items you ordered, please provide 2-3 weeks before the item can be shipped out to you. We will take every possible measure to get your order out to you as soon as possible. We would sometime split your order of multiple items to facilitate the shipping of your order.
