To get that perfect smoky eye start by sweeping dove gray onto the lids up up to the crease. (always tap out the brush before applying dark shadow to prevent it from falling under your eyes.) next, smudge a creamy black pencil along the upper and lower lash line, creating a slight wing at the outer corners. for extra intensity,Barnes suggests tracing the inner rims as well, finish by dabbing a silvery shadow on the inner corners and putting on one coat of mascara. and this is stephanie with your tip of the day!!!

tip of the day!
Paint your eyes "Beautiful...."
I went to college for Studio Art and Fine Art, so I am not surprised at all that the "Art" world collides and overlaps with the fashion world. So basic Art 101.... complementary colors always work together, and in this case make your eye color pop! So, if you have blue eyes, pick peachy shades with orange undertones to make those baby blues amazing! The opposite goes for brown eyes, which stand out the most with blue eyeshadow shades. Green eyes glisten with brown shadows with red undertones, whereas Hazel eyes( my eye color) seem to pop with hues of plum and deep purple eye shadows.

experts generally recommend that women get 30 to 35 grams of fiber daily."but most women barely even get 10!" "actually hitting that goal has been key for weight loss." fiber is a powerful tool, in part because it's bulky and keeps you feeling satisfied. what's more research has found that high-fiber meals trigger the release of cholecystokinin, one hormone responsble for sending ' Im full" signals to the brain. bottom line fiber is key to reducing what you eat overall and thus losing weight-and if you eat plenty of it at breakfast, you are far more likely to hit your daily quota. and this is stephanie with your tip of the day!!!

shimmery makeup: great for camouflage. " I get pimples sometime, and I usually have dark circles under my eyes from being up late. but a foundation with light-reflecting particles covers all." now work out " if I'm ever down on my self about my look, I exercise. it give me a huge feel-good boot. running, yoga,Pilates-I'll do whatever i have time for." and this is stephanie with your tip of the day!!
Yoga vs Pilates vs Thai Chi
Ok, so my first entry into the "blog" world. So I'll go with something I know.
What is the difference between, Yoga, Pilates, and Thai Chi? The difference between the three is very simple. Yoga is for strengthening and centering, which is good to wash away the stress of the day. Yoga is also a low impact form of exercise, which is good with bad joints, arthritis and back problems. Pilates, however is for lengthening the muscles, so if you are short like me, in this model world of 5'9 and taller, this is a great way to lean and lengthen, and has been proven to improve posture and poise, as well as balance. Both, yoga and pilates, use your own body weight to strengthen muscles, rather than using extra weights. Thai Chi, one of my personal favorites, is an ancient spiritual practice, in which you move energy through your body in a dance like motion. Thai Chi is also good for strengthening, balance and centering yourself.
Whichever you choose, all make great options, for exercise, as well as a wonderful way to center yourself, clear your mind, and wash the stress from the day away.

does watermelon-color lipstick work on all skin tone? this is one color dose. A cross between hot pink and red, watermelon's easier to wear then any either color alone, and is amazingly flatter ( my go-to shade this season). after you slick it on lips, then "dab it on cheeks for a gorgeous flushed effect."

Eat right-it look good on you. "It's so true! when you treat yourself well on the inside, it show on the outside.I drink plenty of water and try to down healthy food- vegetables, fish, even the occasional steak." and that's stephanie tip of the day!!

SPF rules every woman should know : how to get all the sun protection you need! 1# switch to SPF versions of skin-care products you already use. body lotions, makeup and even some facial soaps now have SPFin them. start off every day with a facial moisturizer that has UVA and UVB protection and SPF of 15 or more. 2. AMP up your coverage for the out door. days spent out door require more protection then your makeup or moisturizer can give. choose a sunscreen with at least SPF30 and UVA and UVB protection, and slather on all exposed areas. and this is stephanie with your tip of the day!!!
Role I play Acting
Hi Everyone,
I'm back to share with you that I got a role for one episode of 'Dr. G Medical Examiner'. A Lead role at that. Thanks again for Drake Model Agency being there to back me up.
I got to experience for the first time 'Special Effects Makeup'. It took 4 hours to make me look like a dead burned victim. One hour to film It and one and a half hour to get it taken off. It was a long process but well worth it. It was so cool. If you get the chance say yes it is a great thing to go through.
It's Dorky, I know, but WEAR SUNSCREEN
Yeah I know only nerds wear sunscreen, I mean who doesn't want that glowing tan?
Problem: Sun Damage. "I go out in the sun all the time with out sunscreen, my skin looks fine now" you might say. Sun damage dosent happen over night, but after years and years of sun exposer. And the lighter your skin, the more susceptible you are to sun damage. You may feel great about your skin now, but in 20 years, 30 years.... 40 years, you might start thinking differently.
What is sun damage? The effects of sun damage are wrinkles at an earlier age, un-even skin tone, sun spots, and worse of all, skin cancers.
"What if for a photo shoot I need to be tan? What should I do if I don't want to risk my skin's health?"
That's an easy fix. Here in our Altamonte Springs, FL office we can do spray tans. Spray tans are safe because they don't require any sun exposer at all! You basically just get painted to the desired shade and voila! Skin is safe!
Sun Screen shopping tip: Look for sunscreen that blocks BOTH UVA and UVB rays. Some sun screens only block UVB, there by leaving you open to UVA exposer. Don't be fooled if you have just UVB protection and you think you are ok because you did not burn. UVA rays do not actually cause sun burn, but can cause skin cancer. Read more about sunscreen.
Eating Healthy!
When someone brings up the issue of eating healthy, it is usually followed by several groans and eye rolls. "I just can not swear off desserts!" you might say. I totally understand. AND guess what? You don't have to.
Now that I have your attention, think about it like this: Every nutrient your body needs, or doesn't need, has its limit. So when you cross the limit, its a nutrient in excess , and since your body dosent need it, it either disposes of it, or you store it (as fat). This does not only happen with foods that are bad for you. It is possible to over eat anything, "healthy" or not. The key is moderation.
Sounds familiar right? And I am sure you are wondering how this relates to eating dessert as part of a strict diet. Well keeping what I just said in mind I would like to introduce you to my favorite dessert by far: Frozen Yogurt.
Yogurt? isn't that for people with "consistency" problems? No, it was put on this green earth for you to enjoy! So get used to it :) .
Now when I say frozen yogurt I don't mean buying a carton of yogurt, and freezing it. I mean buying an ice cream sized tub of the stuff (Publix has a whole section), or going to a local frozen yogurt shop! My favorite around here is Menchie's.
So heres my favorite thing about frozen yogurt: It is usually either low fat, or fat free, low sugar or sugar free, comes in flavors like "moose tracks" and "new york cheesecake" and the kicker is: IT TASTE EXACTLY LIKE ICE CREAM. It is rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. It's live cultures are great for healthy digestion, and because of the process used to make it, there is very little lactose in it so its safe for most lactose-intolerant people.
All I know is, good bye other desserts, keep the froyo coming!
Tip of the day!
Tip one: shop smart it will be your first time meeting a lot of new people, and you'll want to be sure that you look and feel your best. pick up a few basic pieces like a cute cardigans that can be tossed on with anything to make you feel great. Tip two: get some rest
In the early 20s women began to focus on there face and skin to keep them self looking and feeling good. by getting 8hr of sleep each night!you will not only keep your skin looking great, but it will help you feel your best!
and that's stephanie tip of the day!!
