We are seeking talented and versatile male and female dancers for entertainment productions on our luxury cruise liners, the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder sailing on voyages to Bahamian and Caribbean ports.

Hiring a repertory Company of 19 performers to bring to life four musical theatre style productions.

Contracts begin September 2013 for approximately nine months and include competitive pay, room and board, guest sailing privileges, additional benefits package and no cruise staff duty.

Seeking the following roles:

Tarzan: Male dancer, tap and jazz a plus, 175cm-185cm, lean & muscular build, good dancer, great smile, no fear of heights, performer will be trained on Spanish Web. Candidate must attend the Dance audition.

Male Dancers: Seeking versatile and exciting male dancers 173cm+. Must be trained in ballet, tap and jazz. Tumbling a plus.

Female Dancers: Seeking versatile and exciting female dancers 163cm+. Must be trained in ballet and jazz, partnering skills a plus. Vocal ability a plus.

Requirements:

Performers must be at least 18 years of age.

Please provide a current headshot and resume.

Be warmed up and ready to begin at time listed.

Wear form fitting attire to show your silhouette, and proper dance shoes.

All dancers will learn a ballet combination.

Selected dancers will move on to advanced jazz.

FEMALE LION KING VOCALIST: Female, 20s- 30s, 5’4”- 5’7”, principal vocalist of African-heritage with a rich, soulful, gospel sound. Able to bring down the house. Also sings "Can You Feel the Love Tonight."

MALE LION KING VOCALIST: Male, 20s-30s, 5’8” – 6’, vocalist of African-heritage. Extremely strong singer. Physically in good shape. Sings “Can You Feel the Love Tonight.” Soaring Tenor.

JAFAR/SCAR: Male, 30s, tall, lean, sexy and a bit of a bad boy. Comedic actor of African-heritage. Can play sinister, as well as reveal his softer side. Sings “Wind Beneath My Wings” with Iago. Also sings "Be Prepared." Very strong vocalist with wide range. Base/Baritone.

HADES: Male, 30s, 5’11”+. Excellent comic actor with improvisational skills. Smart, funny and quick. Rock-tenor to an 'A'.

FRANCO: Male, 30s - 40s. "Song and dance” man with a magical flair. Charismatic Baritone with pizzazz.

KING: Male, 30s, 5’10” and under. The Prince’s father from the classic story come to life. Good character actor, strong comedic timing, Baritone.

Requirements:

Performers must be at least 18 years of age Please provide a current headshot and resume.

Please prepare 16 bars of a musical selection and provide sheet music in the correct key Some performers may be asked to learn a small movement combination.

We are seeking Principal Stunt Actors for full-time, part-time and substitute positions in the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at the Walt Disney World Resort.

All performers employed by the Walt Disney WorldResort are covered under the terms and conditions of a Collective Bargaining Agreement with Actors' Equity Association.

This is a closed audition. Family or friends will not be allowed inside the gymnasium during the audition. Please make appropriate travel plans.

Seeking the following roles:

Indiana Jones Stunt Double: Male, mid 20s-30s. Experience in stage combat and rappelling. Good upper body strength and ability to work at substantial heights. Training in high falls a plus.

Marion Ravenswood Stunt Double: Female, 20s-30s. Good upper body strength and athletic look. Ability to rappel and work at substantial heights.

German Mechanic: Male, mid 20s-30s. 6’4” to 7’0” with strong athletic build. Experience in stage combat a plus.

All applicants will be put through a strength test (10 pull ups, and a rope climb) in order to pass on to the next round.

Stunt Actors will learn a choreographed fight sequence. Some applicants may be asked to move on to an acting scene.

Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Seeking NON UNION extras for a specific scene filming on Saturday, June 1st & Sunday, June 2nd and requires attending a wardrobe fitting in advance (sometime/day on Sat 5/25, Sun 5/26, Mon 5/27, Tues 5/28, or Wed 5/29) for our Pictures Project.

We are looking for all types & ethnicities, 18-90 year age range, to work in the scene.

If you fit the above description and are available for a wardrobe fitting sometime between May 25th-May 29th and work on Saturday 6/1 & Sunday 6/2, please email us.

This is an Exterior/Spring Season Day Shoot. Work dates require full-day availability. Fittings take up to two hours. The rate for the day of work is $112 for 12 hours plus overtime after 12 hours. The wardrobe fitting rate is a 1/4 check.
